Watch Frozen Online Free Frozen" has placed the Disney Princess franchise on the map. The movie made all the right moves in combining what worked for Disney in the past and what it should do in the future. As if that wasn't enough, they had 'Veronica Mars' hottie Kristen Bell singing!

The reviews have placed "Frozen" in a pantheon of Disney classics. Whatculture called it "The best Disney movie in a generation" dating back to the early to mid-90s when there were classics such as "The Lion King", "Aladdin", "Beauty and The Beast" and "The Little Mermaid.

The main elements were there, along with a few key tweaks that worked very well. They had memorable songs, funny and quirky side characters and the most spectacular animation (the Ice Castle deserves special mention). New elements like not relying on "Prince Charming" to save the day and a voice cast that's chosen for a musical purpose instead of just recruiting big name stars also made the movie very timely and refreshing.

Watch Frozen Movie Online Free Speaking of big name stars, perhaps the biggest star on the cast (as far as Hollywood is concerned) is Kristen Bell who played Anna. It was common practice that the Hollywood A-listers who voiced Disney characters would have a "singing voice" for the songs. Kristen Bell had none.

Nobody expected it, not even her cast memebers! From Yahoo movies, Tony Award winner Idina Menzel shares: "I didn't know how great a singer she was. I quickly found out and need to constantly tell her because she doesn't tell anybody else! She's always playing it down."

Director Jennifer Lee said: "It was definitely a wonderful surprise hearing her voice [during auditions], not knowing that she had been classically trained. Also, she had such a warm, sweet voice. She was everything that we could've hoped for for Anna. I don't think there could be any other Anna but Kristen Bell."

From the Toronto Sun, Bell shares her singing experience on the screen: "I sang one phrase ever on Veronica Mars. We always talked about doing a musical episode. And we always talk about doing a musical episode of House Of Lies too, but I think that's just actors being kitschy."

But I never wanted to play a girl with good posture. I talked to myself a lot growing up and was weird. But I never felt ashamed of that growing up. And (directors) Chris (Buck) and Jennifer (Lee) allowed me to bring so many of my characteristics to Anna. I'd say, 'I really think she should trip here,' or 'I really think she should snort when she wakes up,' or 'Can her hair be in her mouth? Can she gag a little bit when she wakes up? Because I wake up like that. That stuff is funny and real and I love it. There is nothing funny about perfection."

On her practice sessions at home: "I don't sing them as much as my husband (Dax Shepard) sings them. For six weeks afterward, he'd be singing Love is an Open Door or For the First Time. He'd be on a loop. He's a terrible singer, but no one is more passionate.
